Patellar Maltracking: Imaging Features

Abstract

This chapter provides an overview of the typical SPECT/CT findings of patellar maltracking, along with typical X-ray, CT, ultrasound, and MRI findings. Three case studies with patellar maltracking of various underlying etiologies and accompanying imaging are presented.
