Feminist Planning: The process driving the equitable involvement of all persons in the planning profession, which was originally initiated with consideration for women and later expanded to include all persons regardless of age, gender, place of origin, and sexual identity.

Feminist Urbanism: Various facets of contemporary urban design and planning practices that developed as a reaction to traditional planning processes that were shaped by patriarchal values, with an intention to facilitate equitable access to the benefits and opportunities that can be offered in multilevel agendas.
