Abstract
This chapter discusses the need for wisdom in business settings. It opens with a discussion of problems in the current business environment, especially with regard to tech companies. Then it discusses the nature of wisdom. Next it discusses a case study of wise leadership. Then it examines pressures gravitating against wise leadership in business. Next it discusses foolishness, which is a lack of wisdom, and toxicity, which is the opposite of wisdom. Finally it draws some conclusions.
