Many innovative companies have progressively lost their creativity over time due to increases in size, bureaucracy, and hierarchy associated with their growth. To regain the entrepreneurial dynamic they once had, some companies are choosing to invest in employee-generated innovative projects linked to their core or closely related competencies.
