The Physiome Model Repository is the software that powers the CellML model repository (Yu et al. 2011). It provides a web-based interface to the repository and defines the user workflows, enabling both human and machine interaction with the repository content. The Physiome Model Repository is designed to store more than just CellML models. It has also been designed to store other types of models, including FieldML models.
