Fourier Transform

Mathematically, the continuous Fourier transform is one of the specific forms of the Fourier analysis. It transforms the original function in the time-domain into another function in the frequency domain. The term “Fourier transform” can refer to either the frequency domain representation of a function or to the process/formula that transforms one function to another.
