Anthropogenic Pollution

Anthropogenic pollution is environmental pollution and harm caused by human activities. It can be in the form of industrial, agricultural, transportation and urban pollution. Examples include the industrial production of waste gas, wastewater, waste residue, and waste heat; the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in agricultural production; noise, dust, and automobile exhaust generated by transportation; and sewage, garbage, plastic waste, waste paper and metals. It can be classified as air, water, noise and soil pollution.
