Based on the geographical correlations between the biological and non-biological elements of nature, eco-geographical zones can be divided into different grades and ecological attributes. These zones define the spatial pattern of biological elements in relation to other geographical phenomena, such as geology, physiography, vegetation, climate, hydrology, terrestrial and aquatic fauna, and soils, and they may or may not include the impacts of human activities. The distribution and composition of tourism attractions are configured according to certain ecological and geographical regions, which contain different tourist attractions, tourism methods, and tourism behaviours.
