Tourism is also called travelling and usually refers to activity out of one’s usual place of residence for more than one night, mainly for relaxation instead of employment. Tourism is a people-oriented social, economic and cultural phenomenon. Tourism is a comprehensive industry that consists of numerous business entities that serve the needs of tourists. It is mainly made up of travel agents, the transport industry and accommodation providers represented by hotels. They are the three major pillars of the modern tourism industry.
