Skiing tourism includes skiing activities on alpine or artificial snow fields with special equipment. The Alps in Europe is the most famous destination for skiing. In recent years, Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning Provinces have built skiing tourism bases with natural snow fields, while areas such as Beijing have constructed artificial snow fields. Skiing has become an important part of winter tourism.
