This park is located in Qimen County, Anhui Province, and became a national park in 2004. Granite peaks and landforms are the dominant features. They were formed by multiple granite rock bodies that intruded during the Yanshanian period. The park also contains granite rock caves formed by water erosion, hydrogeological landscapes such as springs, rivers, and waterfalls, and the Qingbaikou Formation profile. There are two lithologies in the Yinniujiang granite: the early lithology is composed of medium-grained granite, which weathers easily, and the main lithology is porphyritic granite, which is harder and forms many granite peaks.
