Postoperative Schmerztherapie: Systemische Analgesie

Zusammenfassung
Die systemische Schmerztherapie orientiert sich am WHO-Stufenschema zur Analgesie. Meist wird die Kombination eines Opioids mit einem antipyretischen Analgetikum zu einer zufriedenstellenden Schmerzlinderung führen. Die typischen Analgetika, Nicht-Opioid- und Opioidanalgetika, sowie die Adjuvanzien werden ebenso in diesem Kapitel beschrieben, wie der Einsatz der „patient-controlled analgesia“ (PCA).
