Abstract

Electroplating is a method that is used in making decoration, to provide resistance to corrosion, and to improve the mechanical or electrical properties of metals, plastics, and rubber. The metals used for plating include brass, bronze, cadmium, copper, chromium, gold, nickel, silver, and tin.
