The conduct of every community is governed by certain set of ethics. A notion within any community that everyone is accountable for their action and answerable to other members is fundamentally devised by ethical values. Though there may be no punishment for violating ethical standards, but they lead and characterize behavioral norms of any community. In the age where accurate, comprehensive, and apt information has a pivotal role to play, the initiation of World Wide Web has introduced us to Web Community.
