The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) is a private, non-profit college dedicated to providing the world’s best professional culinary education. CIA has been setting the standard for excellence in professional culinary education. The faculty, facilities, and academic programmes are offered at our campuses in Hyde Park, New York and St Helena, California.
CIA ACAP Merit-based Scholarship
Purpose: The CIA seeks students who have demonstrated academic excellence and leadership qualities.
Eligibility: Students from select hospitality baccalaureate programs who are recommended to ACAP by their program dean, director, or faculty member are eligible for this scholarship and will be automatically selected for this award based on their letter of recommendation.
