Introduction
With the comprehensive popularization of basic education, improving quality has become the primary goal of Chinese basic education development. “To improve the quality of education, the key is to improve the quality of teachers” (Yuan Xun and Yuguang Tang 2011). In order to cultivate high-quality and professional teachers, China encouraged comprehensive university to cultivate and train teachers. Three types of university have been formed in the process of Chinese universitization of teacher education. The first is endogenous comprehensive university, which has no previous normal education foundation, in order to expand the coverage of disciplines, to enhance their social service function, and to set up school of education or school of teacher education to engage in teacher education (Xianfeng Zhou and Yiping Zhong 2003).
