Introduction
Public concerns over food safety urge sensitive, rapid, and accurate detection of components and agricultural contaminants in food. Among various detection techniques for food safety determination, the electrochemical sensor gradually becomes popular tool due to its ideal stability, sensibility, selectivity, and simple fabrication.
In recent decades, ionic liquids (ILs) have been central to many areas of chemistry [1]. They have good ionic conductivity, wide electrochemical potential windows, good chemical and thermal stability, almost negligible vapor pressure, etc. As a result, ILs have been used in electroanalytical chemistry since 2000. In 2004, Zhao et al. [2]. firstly introduced IL-carbon nanomaterial (IL-CNM) hybrids to electrochemical biosensor.
