FormalPara BeschreibungDie Eliminationshalbwertszeit (t½) hängt ab von der totalen Clearance und dem Verteilungsvolumen. Sie wird berechnet an Hand der Eliminationskonstanten (k2):
t½ = ln 2/k2 (ln 2 ~ 0,693.)
