FormalPara BeschreibungDiese Aminosäure (Aminosäuren) ist im menschlichen Plasma nicht, jedoch im Urin in geringen Mengen nachweisbar. Patienten mit 2-Oxoadipinacidurie zeigen moderat erhöhte Werte im Plasma und eine deutlich erhöhte Urinausscheidung. Leicht erhöhte Urinkonzentrationen kommen bei Saccharopinurie und Hyperlysinurie vor.
