Zusammenfassung

Der Beitrag behandelt Reformen im Mehrebenensystem der Verwaltung. Zum einen werden aktuelle Tendenzen der Regionalisierung und Föderalisierung betrachtet. Zum anderen werden Prozesse der politischen und administrativen Dezentralisierung, Kommunalisierung sowie die administrative Dekonzentration von öffentlichen Aufgaben untersucht. Dabei fließen jeweils ländervergleichende Perspektiven ein.
