About the editors

Mr. Matthias Zeuch, has managed HR for a total of 40 countries during the 24 years of his career. Prior to having founded his own Academy and Consulting company "HRMnext Limited" (, he was responsible as Executive Vice President HR for Daimler North East Asia, which included Mercedes-Benz China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Mr. Zeuch also is Director for Innovative HR Management at the International Academy for Innovative Pedagogy, Psychology and Economics - INA gGmbH - at Free University Berlin.
