This handbook is the most authoritative and up-to-date reference on spine technology written for practitioners, researchers, and students in bioengineering and clinical medicine. Boyle Cheng, PhD, is Director of Neurosurgical and Spine Research at Carnegie Mellon University. His research interests include spine biomechanics and neurosciences, comparative test methodologies, ASTM international test standards, clinical robotics, and specimen specific dynamic models.
