Brett A. Geier is Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership, Research, and Technology in the College of Education and Human Development at Western Michigan University, USA. Geier serves on the board of editors for several scholarly journals and is a regular presenter at national and state conferences such as the Education Law Association, National Education Finance Academy and the Michigan Academy of Arts and Sciences.
