About the editors
Matthias Fuchs is Full Professor of Tourism Management and Economics at the Department of Tourism Studies and Geography (TUG), Mid Sweden University. His research interests comprise business intelligence applications for destinations, UGC-based sentiment analysis, socioeconomic impact analysis, tourism demand modeling, and destination brand equity modeling.
Ulrike Gretzel is a Senior Fellow at the Center for Public Relations in the Annenberg School of Communication and Journalism at the University of Southern California. Her research interests include human-technology interaction, persuasive technology and the adoption and use of intelligent systems in tourism.
Wolfram Höpken is Professor for Business Informatics and eBusiness at Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences in Germany. His research interests are business intelligence and data mining, semantic web and interoperability, and mobile services. Wolfram Höpken is Vice-President and Commercial Director of the International Federation for IT and Travel & Tourism (IFITT).
