Abstract
This protocol describes sample preparation of CSF for proteomic analysis by LC-MS . The protocol can optionally be used in conjunction with quantification by the tandem mass tag (TMT) technique, which due to its high multiplexing capability is particularly useful in discovery proteomic studies when large cohorts are to be analyzed.
