Carbon Neutrality - Peer review process of Carbon Neutrality and its special issues
All articles and special issues of this journal follow a single-blind reviewing procedure. This means author identities are known to peer reviewers, but peer reviewers' identities are not revealed to the authors.
For Special issues, the Editor-in-Chief preliminary evaluates the manuscript and is entitled to reject the manuscript before the review process if the manuscript does not follow the Guidelines for Authors or if the contents and language do not meet the standard of the journal. The Editor-in-Chief then assigns each manuscript to Guest Editors to process the manuscript.
The Guest Editors select the referees and correspond with the authors. Each article will have at least two reviewers and the Editor-in-Chief will make the final decisions.
