  • Call for Papers: Special Issue on Reproductive Health: “Reproductive Health at a Crossroads: 30 Years After ICPD in Cairo”

This issue will publish cutting-edge empirical research that addresses reproductive health in diverse settings worldwide, seeking to shed light on key issues shaping reproductive health in different sociocultural and healthcare environments. We particularly welcome research that adopts a demographic lens or demographic methodologies to examine reproductive health trends, outcomes and services. We aim to feature demographic perspectives on topics such as contraceptive use, maternal health, sexual and reproductive health, and reproductive justice,  with an emphasis on both emerging and persistent challenges in varied global contexts. In this special issue, we aim to highlight studies from countries at various stages of demographic transition, including high-, middle-, and low-income countries and their respective reproductive health priorities.
