Automotive Innovation - Call for Papers: Feature Topic on Automotive Fuel Cell Technology

The transition towards sustainable and eco-friendly energy sources is essential in our efforts to cut down on global carbon emissions. Within this framework, automotive fuel cell technology emerges as a leading innovative solution, offering a promising alternative to conventional fossil fuel-based systems. This technology aims to achieve zero emissions while possessing high efficiency and performance.

Despite the promising potential of automotive fuel cell technology in achieving a zero-emission future, the path to widespread adoption of fuel cell faces various challenges. These challenges include enhancing the efficiency and durability of fuel cells, reducing the high costs associated with their production, further boosting the output performance, and establishing a robust hydrogen infrastructure for fuelling. Addressing these challenges is significant for the technological advancement of fuel cells. Therefore, the exploration of innovative solutions to these complex challenges is both relevant and timely, making this Feature Topic an essential platform for advancing the discourse on automotive fuel cell technology.

This Feature Topic seeks to cover a wide array of subjects related to automotive fuel cell technology. We invite contributions from researchers, engineers, and practitioners from across the globe to share their insights, innovations, and visions for the future of fuel cell vehicles. Through this Feature Topic, we aim to foster a multidisciplinary dialogue that bridges the gap between research and industry, paving the way for a sustainable automotive future powered by fuel cell technology. Submission Guidelines

Papers submitted to Automotive Innovation must be written in excellent English, contain original work, and not be published or under review elsewhere. All papers will undergo a peer review process in accordance with the journal's reviewing policy.
