United Nations issued a crucial call of action for all nations about eradicating poverty and other deprivations go hand-in-hand with advancing health, environment, and the economy to reduce inequality in all areas. Nanotechnology delivers disruptive, paradigm-shifting breakthroughs and inventions that can offer quick answers and solutions to problems affecting our society, the environment, and the planet. Therefore, the main aim of this special issue is publish outstanding research/review papers presenting the latest research in the field of sustainable nanotechnology and their applications in environmental field. This special issue is also associated with international conference entitled “Sustainable Nanotechnology and Nanomaterials”. It will offer a special venue for undergraduate and graduate students, research scholars, industrial researchers, and faculty members to present their fascinating work, talk about cutting-edge concepts, and become acquainted with the establishment of clean technological products to reduce risks to the environment and human health as well as to encourage the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
