Indian Journal of International Law
As a leading journal of international law published since 1960, some of the most illustrious names in the field of international law have graced the pages of IJIL. The journal publishes peer-reviewed articles on public and private international law, and also includesa notes and comments section featuring shorter articles on current developments in international law, a separate segment on the state practice of India, and a book review section. Reflecting the worldwide growth of international law as an academic discipline, the IJIL solicits for consideration research articles, notes and case comments that employ empirical, theoretical, policy-oriented or practice-oriented approaches to any issue of international law.
