Amid COVID-19 pandemic, nationalism is surging and sweeping across the world, particularly in some major powers, such as China, the United States, Russia, and some European countries. We call for papers that would engage in reflective and critical discourse on the subject matters, with no limit on the scope and topics, and shed light on our understanding of state foreign policy behaviors, and the future of globalization, world order and global governance.

Kissinger recently said the COVID-19 pandemic will forever change the world order in his “The Coronavirus Pandemic Will Forever Alter the World Order” published in the Wall Street Journal in April. We invite papers to respond to the questions if the COVID-19 pandemic will change the world order, and how the world order will look like in the post-coronavirus era, from different perspectives and in any issue areas.
