Abstract
The Ni1-xMgxFe2O4 (x = 0.0–1.0) are synthesized by microwave solid-state reaction method. The pure phases are formed at an operating temperature of 1000 °C/30 min. The morphology is analyzed by scanning electron microscope. The effect of temperature and frequency on complex impedance (Z*) is investigated. The Arrhenius plots are drawn to find the activation energies (E1 and E2) of NiMg ferrites.
