Zusammenfassung

Die Inzidenz des komplexen regionalen Schmerzsyndroms (CRPS) wird auf 0,03–30 % nach Frakturen geschätzt, genaue Zahlen sind nicht bekannt [1]. Um schwere und irreversible Verläufe zu minimieren, ist es wichtig, frühzeitig mit einer Therapie zu beginnen.
