Vaginale Netze haben die Deszensuschirurgie seit Anfang dieses Jahrtausends revolutioniert. Durch den Einsatz von alloplastischem Gewebe kann man vor allem in der Rezidivsituation eine, bei vorhandener Expertise einfache, auch bei Komorbiditäten gut durchführbare, kohabitationserhaltende Operation anbieten. Wie sehen aktuell entsprechende Therapiekonzepte in der Deszensuschirurgie aus?
