Abstract
Gliederfüßer sind ein umfangreicher Stamm des Tierreichs, zu dem sehr unterschiedliche Vertreter wie Insekten, Spinnentiere, Krebse oder Tausendfüßer gehören. Neben häufigen Allergien auf Hausstaubmilben oder Hymenopterengift gibt es seltenere Allergien, die sich auf drei Hauptallergenquellen zurückführen lassen: Schaben, Zecken und Vorratsmilben. Weitere, weniger bekannte Allergenquellen sind Spinnen, Stechmücken, Pferdebremsen, die roten Larven der Zuckmücke, Silberfische, Marienkäfer sowie verschiedene Vorratsschädlinge. Für die IgE-basierte Diagnostik stehen für die meisten Auslöser bisher nur extraktbasierte Testsysteme zur Verfügung. Die molekulare Charakterisierung einzelner Allergene ist in vielen Fällen bereits erfolgt. Diese Einzelallergene stehen jedoch nur für wenige Allergenquellen (z. B. Schaben, Vorratsmilben) in der Routinediagnostik zur Verfügung. Besonders bei Allergenquellen, von denen eine hohe Kreuzreaktivität bekannt ist, sollte der Einsatz von Markerallergenen eine Verbesserung der Diagnostik ermöglichen. Die aktuell bekannten Einzelallergene der o. g. Allergieauslöser aus dem Reich der Gliederfüßer werden zusammengefasst und der potenzielle Nutzen in der Allergiediagnostik diskutiert.
