Abstract

Een Consumer Quality Index meet de kwaliteit van zorg vanuit gebruikersperspectief. Er is ook een CQ-index voor de palliatieve zorg (CQ-index PZ). In dit artikel de belangrijkste conclusies uit een onderzoek met de CQ-index PZ: wat gaat goed en wat kan beter in de palliatieve zorg?
