Samenvatting
Internetgebruik heeft onze maatschappij gepenetreerd. Onlinemedia kunnen de beschikbaarheid van medische informatie voor patiënten en hulpverleners verbeteren en shared decision making verbeteren en versnellen. Deze bijdrage heeft als doel te laten zien wat e-health is en wat er aantrekkelijk aan is; ook de beperkingen worden besproken. Deze bijdrage biedt geen compleet register van de beschikbare digitale middelen, maar een selectie van media die u zou kunnen inzetten bij bekkenbodem- en gerelateerde problemen. De selectie werd gemaakt op basis van inhoudelijke informatie en gebruiksvriendelijkheid. De tabellen 1–4 bieden een selectie van media ingedeeld naar onderwerp: bekkenbodemproblematiek, seksualiteit, soa en anticonceptie. Bij 'Implementatie' wordt beschreven hoe de geboden informatie toegepast kan worden op de website van de praktijk, en bij diagnostiek, voorlichting en ondersteuning van behandeling en blended care, de combinatie van face-to-face contact en gebruik van digitale media, waarbij de digitale informatie een deel van het face-to-face contact kan vervangen.
