Zusammenfassung
Die NRW School of Governance ist eine der ersten Professional Schools in Deutschland in öffentlicher Trägerschaft. In diesem Artikel wird ihr praxisnaher Forschungs- und Lehransatz vorgestellt. Dessen Schwerpunkte bilden die Verbindung von wissenschaftlicher Expertise und praxisorientierten Elementen sowie die thematische Fokussierung auf das Themendreieck von Politikmanagement, Public Policy und öffentlicher Verwaltung.
Abstract
The NRW School of Governance is one of the first professional schools within the German public educational system. This article shows its practical approach of research and teaching. Combining academic expertise and applied research, the curriculum focuses on the triangle of political management, public policy and public administration.
