Abstract
Pneumothorax can be spontaneous, traumatic or iatrogenic. Pneumothorax ex vacuo sports-related pneumohorax and barotrauma unrelated to mechanical ventilation are interesting and newer entities. Management consists of getting rid of the air and prevention of recurrence of pneumothorax.
