Reduced Gröbner Bases in Polynomial Rings over a Polynomial Ring

Abstract.

We propose a new notion of reduced Gröbner bases in polynomial rings over a polynomial ring and we show that every ideal has a unique reduced Gröbner basis. We introduce an algorithm for computing them.
