摘要
目的
观察针刺治疗慢性疲劳综合征(Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, CFS)患者的临床疗效及对其焦虑状态的影响。
方法
将90 例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为2 组, 治疗组45 例, 采用针刺治疗; 对照组45 例, 采用药物治疗。 采用焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale, SAS)对两组患者治疗前后的焦虑状态进行评价。
结果
两组患者治疗后SAS 评分较同组治疗前均有降低(P<0.01)。 两组治疗后SAS评分比较, 差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
结论
针刺和药物治疗均能改善 CFS 患者的焦虑症状。
Abstract
Objective
To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture in treating chronic fatigue syndrome and its effect on anxiety.
Methods
Ninety patients who accord with the inclusion criteria were divided into 2 groups, 45 patients in the treatment group received acupuncture therapy, and 45 patients in the control group received medicine therapy. The anxiety state was evaluated with Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) before and after treatments in the two groups.
Results
SAS scores of the CFS patients in the two groups decreased after treatment (P<0.01). There was no statistical difference of the SAS score between the two groups (P>0.05).
Conclusion
Both acupuncture and medicine treatments could improve the anxiety symptoms of CFS patient.
