Clinical study on acupuncture treatment of post-stroke depression in recent ten years

近10 年来针刺治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床研究进展

摘要

脑卒中后抑郁(Post-stroke Depression, PSD)是脑卒中后严重的心理并发症之一。 与抗抑郁药物相比, 针刺治疗PSD疗效确切, 费用低廉, 无不良反应, 是治疗PSD的一种有效方法。 通过对近十年针刺 治疗PSD的临床研究进行综述分析, 希望对针刺治疗PSD的临床和科研有所帮助。

Abstract

Post-stroke depression (PSD) is one of the severe psychological complications after cerebral stroke. In comparison with antidepressants, acupuncture treatment is precise in the therapeutic effects for PSD, low in cost, without side effect, and is an effective method for PSD. By comprehensive analysis on the clinical study on acupuncture treatment of PSD in the recent ten years, we hope this article will be helpful to clinical treatment and scientific study of PSD.
