Die neue Verordnung zu Identifizierung, Authentifizierung und Signaturen will den geltenden Rechtsrahmen ablösen und Interoperabilität durch ein einheitliches System für grenzüberschreitende Transaktionen befördern, ein Vorhaben, das an Komplexität kaum zu beherrschen sein wird.
