Von Moreno zu einem modernen psychodramatischen Leitungsverständnis

Zusammenfassung

Dieser Artikel der Zeitschrift für Psychodrama und Soziometrie entwickelt auf drei Ebenen ein psychodramatisches Leitungsverständnis. Als Experte oder Expertin für die psychodramatische Methode muss Leitung – erstens – in ganz unterschiedlichen Bereichen technisches Know-how zur Verfügung stellen. Leitungshandeln kann – zweitens – unter der Perspektive spezieller Theorien betrachtet werden. In diesem Artikel wird es als Beziehungshandeln, abstinentes Handeln und machtvolles Handeln analysiert. Das Verhältnis von Begegnung, Abstinenz und Macht muss von Leitung kontinuierlich austariert werden. Schließlich lässt sich Leitung – drittens – als philosophisches Prinzip verstehen. Sie kann hier als Verkörperung eine psychodramatischen und damit einer humanistischen Haltung verstanden werden.

Abstract

This article from the journal of psychodrama and sociometry deals with the roles of the psychodrama director on three different levels. On a first level the director is the expert for the psychodrama techniques. The article shows that this technical approach has many different aspects. Secondly the director’s roles can be understood with the help of special theories. I use the theories of encounter, therapeutic abstinence and might to show how careful he has to balance these three aspects. Finally the role of the directing can be understood as a philosophical principle. To direct a psychodrama means to embody a psychodramatic theory and this means to act in a humanistic way.
