Das Rollenatom: Psychodramatische Rollen in Aktion

Zusammenfassung

Mit dem Rollenatom wird ein Konzept vorgestellt, das ermöglicht, die psychodramatischen oder psychischen Rollen einer Person als Abbild innerer Dynamik zeichnerisch darzustellen und auf der Bühne in psychodramatische Aktion zu bringen. Die Darstellung folgt dem Konzept des sozialen und des kulturellen Atoms. Das Rollenatom lässt sich vielseitig einsetzen zur progressiven Rollenentwicklung, Diagnostik, Identitätsklärung, Persönlichkeitsentwicklung, Evaluation psychodramatischer Arbeit in einer Gruppe und zur Einübung in psychodramatische Diagnostik im Rahmen der Weiterbildung in Psychodrama. So schlicht das Konzept, so tiefgreifend ist die Wirkung für Einzelne und Gruppe.

Abstract

The article introduces the concept of the Role-Atom. The Role-Atom enables one to portray psychodramatic and psychological roles of a person as a representation of inner dynamic and to bring it to life on stage in psychodramatic action. The methodology leans on the concepts of the “social” as well as the “cultural” atom. The Role-Atom can be employed in multiple ways; i.e., for progressive role development, diagnostic, identity clarification, personal development, evaluation of psychodramatic work within a group and to practice psychodramatic diagnostic as part of the psychodrama training course. While the concept is simple, it has a deep effect on individuals as well as groups.
