Zusammenfassung

Die lokale Wundbehandlung des diabetischen Fußsyndroms (DFS) setzt zunächst die Therapie der Ursachen (Durchblutungsstörungen, Drucküberlastung, Infektion usw.) voraus. Immer ist ein interdisziplinäres, multiprofessionelles Vorgehen erforderlich. Der Artikel beschreibt die Klassifikation der Wunden und die stadienadaptierte, leitliniengerechte Wundversorgung. Einzelne Wundauflagen werden bewertet. Immer sollte die Lokaltherapie im Rahmen von vernetzten Strukturen durchgeführt werden. Die Druckentlastung bei Menschen mit Polyneuropathie ist absolute Voraussetzung für die Wundheilung, bleibt aber das einzige bisher ungelöste Problem.

Abstract

A prerequisite for local wound therapy in the treatment of diabetic foot syndrome is treatment of the underlying causes (circulatory problems, overloading, infection, etc). An interdisciplinary, multi professional approach is always necessary. This article describes wound classification and stage-adapted, guideline-compliant wound care. Individual wound dressings are appraised. Local therapy should always take place within structured networks. Pressure offloading in patients with polyneuropathy is an absolute necessity but still remains the only unsolved problem.
