Consideration of frost-heaving forces in designing pile foundations for cellular communications towers

Consideration of frost-heaving forces is examined for the design of pile foundations with a low-profile raft for mass-produced cellular communications towers. A methodology is proposed for consideration of normal frost-heaving forces during design.
