  • Published:
Russian Physics Journal Aims and scope

Abstract

Hole-gas screw vibrations localized on charged dislocations are shown to exist in semiconductor crystals. The dispersion equations for localized waves are derived. The frequency ranges separating the frequencies of localized and volume waves are found.
