Abstract
The results of a study of the thermophysical properties (thermal diffusivity, heat capacity, heat conductivity, and coefficient of linear thermal expansion) of Si3N4 - BN hot-pressed composite (with BN concentration varying from 10 to 60 wt.%) in the temperature range of 20 – 900°C are reported.
