Synchronization of complex networks with non-delayed and delayed couplings via adaptive feedback and impulsive pinning control

Abstract

In this paper, synchronization between two general complex delayed dynamical networks via adaptive feedback and impulsive pinning control is investigated. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory and mathematical analysis method, some novel synchronization criteria are derived, and an adaptive feedback and impulsive pinning control strategy is proposed simultaneously. These results remove some restrictions on coupling matrices, node dynamics, the number of pinned nodes and the impulsive gain. Further, we take the variable control into account in the impulsive pinning control scheme. Finally, some numerical simulations are performed to illustrate the effectiveness and correctness of the derived theoretical results.
